Support - Repair and Calibration

Repair and Calibration

To return equipment to the factory for repair or calibration:

 

North & South America, Asia:

  1. Please call us at 1-877-762-8378 (USA) or 1-450-465-1113 Ext. 1233 (Canada) or write us.
  2. Customer Service will issue a repair order and send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Please indicate clearly the instrument's serial number, model and description of the problem. If you wish, you can talk to a repair technician.
  3. Pack the instrument.
  4. Write the RMA number on the box in large letters.
  5. Send us the instrument following the RMA instructions.

 

Europe, Africa and Middle East:

  1. Please call or write us:

  2. If there is no representative in your country, please send us a letter, fax, or email with instrument model, serial number, and description of the problem.

CALIBRATION / VERIFICATION

Where applicable, Roctest Smartec Telemac suggest calibration / verification of measuring instruments on a yearly basis. However, it remains at the discretion of the user to determine this period, depending upon frequency of use. Roctest Smartec Telemac advise that this period not exceed 3 years for instruments with batteries and electronic components and 5 years for other measuring instruments.
